Clean room and bedding. It's a little dated but not horrible. The benefit of this location is the on-site parking. It's a motel style setup, so no casinos or stores to deal with. It's close to the convention center so you can walk right to the LVCC in 5 to 10 minutes depending on your pace.
We did have an issue with our door key cards not working during our stay. I guess the door lock batteries died so we had to wait about 45 minutes to get into our room. Once they fixed the batteries the key cards worked well the rest of the trip.
If you want an affordable place, I'd recommend it. It's not fancy but it's priced right.
