“The staff, especially Kayla, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout my stay. She really made a positive impression and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, there was a power issue around 2:30 a.m. on my last night that caused the air conditioning to stop working. “I loved the entire property. I felt like i was on a cruise because of the stairway and lay out then I look outside and see that we’re not moving. I loooved that there were 3 pools. The food in all the places was yummy. Breakfast buffet was the best. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I give 8/10 because the beach was not good. If I return to st kitts I will be staying at the Marriott. I only left the property once. I was never bored.”
