“Staff were so amazing good communication and helpful. But the hotel itself needs a revamp. That elevator is a hazard the way it randonly closes. The carpets carry a heavy odour when you first enter the room. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Noise, seems there are no acoustics and some lodgers made noise in the wee hours of the morning, could hear them from our rooms. With children that is not ideal. The tv was not working video just audio. I have been to different Mercure accomodations and I...

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“Good facilities, loved the gym and super nice staff.”

“Colazione buona (ho provato solo avocado toast m ottimo).

“Lovely place to stay, however parking is difficult. Ended up parking on the street but was given the wrong details so had to keep topping up parking meter.”

“Pictures and location on Expedia wasnt the same. Dirty bathroom, mould on shower grout, dirty microwave and our fan bathroom didn't work.,1 received continental breakfast the first morning and we stayed 2 night with 2 people 🤔.. Court yard was disgusting, no Chiars not tables available, no cigarette bin. Rooms are outdated, plus we found our remote control for the heat pump / air conditioner under the bed with a missing battery. Couldn't 'swing a cat' in the room (as the saying goes) ....

“Posizione Ottima. Albergo recentemente rinnovato e pulito”

“Check-in veloce e chiaro. Stanza ampia e luminosa, letto molto comodo.

Supermercato proprio a fianco all'entrata principale.
