“clean room, quite. Breakfast was so so (not as good as Holiday Inn for example), but McDonalds is a short drive away”

“Didn't get to use any amenities, we just stayed for a night's sleep, bit noisy outside as your next to a highway and breakfast was on the cheaper lower end frills but for the price you could not beat it. Very cozy bed and updated bathroom with good running water shower stall. Front desk was very accommodating and even able to provide a sewing kit as my button fell off the wedding suit.”

“No coffee in the room Coffee bar was supposed to be open 24 hr, however no one was available at 8:30 am The person at the reception desk pretending not to see us , so after waiting for about 20 min we decided to leave”

“Just an absolutely terrible experience. Front desk was extremely unprofessional. We reserved a room for two nights. We were coming down to go to a family gathering. On the day we were to arrive, I got sick. I spent the night in the hospital about one hour north of East Brunswick. My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. “The elevators didn't work most of the time ! Two of the four didn't work at all. Neither of the two that did work some of the time would stop at my flor ( the 9th ), until I checked out today. We used the freight elevator the get dow, as my wife has a bad knee, and we are in our late 60's. Being on the 9th floor made the stairs a none factor.”

“The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.”
