My wife's called the hotel and specifically told then we were not going to make it in and also let them know that we did not want to give up our reservation and we intended to be there for the second night. “The most disappointing part was the staff at the front desk. They were not particularly helpful, nor were they empathetic at all. When questions were posed to them they simply said they did not know taking no initiative to help at all because they clearly did not care. Also the parking situation was in a public lot and they didn’t even validate. Overall, meh.”

“I was given a room key to a room that wasn’t turned over (towels on the bed and floor of the bathroom). Then we were given keys to a new room. There was a used bandaid on the lamp. The room wasn’t cooling down well either.”
