“Check in was fine and at first glance the room seemed clean. It wasn’t until the next morning that problems arose. Went to shower, absolutely NO hot water. The water didn’t begin to get warm until I was almost done with my shower. The shower was a handicap shower and when I went to get out, I realized the entire time water was running out in the floor. “We had a great stay! The rooms were very nice and clean. The property was very nice. It’s very convenient right off the freeway. The continental breakfast was delicious!”
