“Really nice staff, bar/lounge area and rooms. Ideal for a night or 2 if you are visiting the local area for sight seeing etc. Shepton mallet high street is about 10-15 minute walk away although it is uphill. Taxis where hard to get although could have just been the time of day on the weekend.”

“Unfortunately I had to leave at 9a.m. when they started serving breakfast on a Saturday. If it was as good the evening meal, my loss.”

“The room was fine but as we went on the hottest day of the year it was like an oven. We were provided with a large fan though. Other than that it was a lovely building and the staff were great.”

“The B&B is definitely the best in my experience. Bedroom as well as bathroom are very clean and tidy. The paper folders in bathroom is antique-wise. Also electrical equipments are convenient and cool. Coffee server and fridge are stylish. Lights are well designed. Breakfast is delicious and plenty. Graham’s homemade jams are excellent. L’edificio è situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale a pochi minuti a piedi dalle vie dei negozi e ristoranti e dalla cattedrale di Glastonbury. Lo stesso proprietario, molto gentile e affabile, prepara un’abbondante colazione all’inglese o a scelta dell’ospite”

“We arrived at Hawk house and were greeted by a laminated sign that explained how to check in. We called the number, but there was no response. We called the bell (several times) and eventually a young lady came to check us in. She showed us to our room and was helpful. The room was a twin room (we had booked a double).
