“Appena arrivati scopriamo che l'ascensore non funziona e dobbiamo raggiungere A PIEDI su per le scale con valigie, passeggini e due bimbi piccoli, l'appartamento al 6° piano. Chiamiamo subito l'assistenza di Smartflats che ci liquida con un gravissimo "l'ascensore non è incluso nella prenotazione". L'appartamento è ORRENDO, sporco e tenuto malissimo, con macchie di dubbia origine sui tessuti, tante amenities non presenti (a differenza di quanto dichiarato). Non siamo rimasti neanche una notte,...

“Abbiamo comunicato con host qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo e ci ha confermato la possibilita di poter lasciare i bagagli in stanza prima dell'orario del check in. Sono appartamenti privati senza reception. Giunti in struttura alle 9.30 scopriamo da un ospite uscito per caso dalla struttura che serve un codice per accedere alla struttura, codici che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. Così chiamiamo l'host per almeno 10 volte che però non risponde al telefono, né ai messaggi, e aspettiamo due...

“Die Wohnung war sehr schön, hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch schön am Wasser und nur 15min Autofahrt entfernt vom Zentrum. Die Kommunikation war prompt und hilfreich. ”

“Only amazing things to say about this place- Great communication with the property manager for a smooth check in- The place was loaded with coffee pods and other small things you need right away (we even had cold beers in the fridge!)- Easy 1 bedroom for a family of 4 with a convertible couch.- Parking was a plus (Brussels can be tough for out of towner using a rental car)- Steps away from the Chatelain.We will be back! ”
