Questo perfetto rifugio di campagna è situato su 15 acri di proprietà privata ea soli 5 minuti dall'idilliaco lago Bryan che offre, gite in barca, pesca, piste ciclabili, un bel ristorante in loco (Lakeside Icehouse) che offre cibo eccellente, musica dal vivo e tramonti fantastici . Su questa grande proprietà, c'è molto spazio per parcheggiare la tua barca e moto d'acqua!

La struttura offre due camere da letto e 2 bagni con spazio per un massimo di 6 persone comodamente. La camera da letto principale ha un ampio balcone veranda / pergola con vista sull'incantevole laghetto della proprietà che è possibile utilizzare anche per un po 'di pesca!

La struttura dispone di una nuova GRANDE spa e cucina esterna con due griglie, focolare e area patio con molti posti a sedere.

Siamo a soli 15 minuti dall'Università A&M che offre molte attività tra cui spettacoli teatrali, musei, biblioteche e passeggiate culturali nell'area del campus. Il campus ospita anche il Kyle Field Stadium! Lo stadio ospita la squadra di calcio Aggie dal 1905.

Questa è la casa vacanza perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi e fuggire, ma vuole anche scegliere di uscire ed esplorare ciò che la zona ha da offrire!

Beautiful country stay

We had a great time. Came for ring day, but wanted to relax too. Enjoyed the hot tub, fishing in the pond, relaxing in the gazebo, watching the animals. House was beautifully decorated and perfect for us.

What a wonderful retreat!

Our family had the very best time here. Everything was clean and comfortable. We mostly enjoyed the outdoor space where we grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, made a fire in the fire pit, and enjoyed a glass of wine. The location was just far enough from College Station to feel like getaway and close enough to campus to enjoy the game. Our kids even asked if we could move here! We hope to enjoy this home again on our next trip to the area.

Great break from the city

House is wonderful - perfect for our stay. We had a small graduation party inside. Lots of room to spread out. The girls had a great time looking at all the animals over the fence. Didn't get a chance to review all the amenities, but was perfect for us. Second time staying here

Excellent property

Home was as advertised as a nice ranch just outside town. We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of many of the amenities of the property including the outdoor kitchen and fire pit.

A perfect place for family attending Aggie events

The property was beautiful and serene. We loved the outdoor kitchen, whirlpool spa. My grandkids had a blast in the spa. My husband caught a little fish in the pond. Our Aggie grad and her roommates and parents came over for brunch- great open kitchen, well appointed. Only suggestion would be a grab bar in master bath. The jacuzzi tub there is really hard to navigate.

Great place to stay

Celebrated Aggie Ringday with friends and family at this great location. Could bot have selected a better place. Clean, spacious, and had all the needed amenities. This was a great property and If you are in the Bryan/ College Station area check tgis place out.

Enjoyable Family Getaway

My family enjoyed this little country getaway. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, we spent most of our time in the outdoor living space, choosing to read, cook, eat, and play games out there. We also did some fishing, hot tubbing and spent time around the fire pit. I was disappointed that the hot tub water level was low, and it wasn't ready to use when we arrived, but after some text messages with the owner, we got it ready for the kids to play in.

Loved the country style location.

This was a great place to go out in the middle of nowhere and enjoy time with your family. The house was absolutely beautiful, and had great amenities. The hot tub was perfect, and the outdoor grill. The only downfall was that the AC kept freezing but owners assured that it would get fixed for the next guest. Wish there would’ve been more things available to our needs, (extra towels, more trash bags, and more shampoo and conditioner.) Great price for everything they had for you to do. We loved looking at the cows and horses. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Perfect COVID retreat

The property is beautiful with horses, cows and we heard owls each evening. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio area - open and roomy for friends and family pre- game fun.

Peace & Quiet

We enjoyed our "hurrication" time at this property. The property was clean and the 2 bedrooms were spacious. The outdoor area was really great with a large outdoor kitchen area and a spacious relaxing area. There was a firepit that we sat around and relaxed. My husband tried his hand at fishing, but no luck. However the owner left fishing poles to use. Everything was very clean, and the owner was very accommodating. He had it cleaned early for us to stay for our evacuation and a welcome basket waiting for us. It was nice and peaceful,, and we enjoyed our quiet time.

Fantastic relaxing getaway

Really nice property. Owner was very accommodating. Very relaxing with a pond and wildlife nearby. Fantastic covered outside area with massive gas grill, charcoal grill, fire pit, comfortable seating, overhead fans, lovely lighting and a great hot tub. What more could you ask for?

Excellent accommodations!

This place was lovely. We were looking for a quick weekend getaway, and it more than fit the bill. The property was beautiful, the home was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and nice sheets. The outdoor area is fantastic with an outdoor kitchen, lounging area, and spa. We very much enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!

Country Oasis

This property had everything we needed and then some. Even though there are only two bedrooms, the house itself was very spacious and would be comfortable for a good size gathering. The indoor and outdoor spaces were clean and well stocked with new appliances and furniture. The outdoor area was excellent and where we spent most of our time hanging out, making s'mores over the fire pit, grilling, and in the hot tub. We caught small fish in the pond and the owner was even kind enough to have rods and reels available for us. It's close to wineries and other places if you want to venture out. If you're looking for a relaxing weekend in nature with all the amenities, this is it.

Weekend Getaway

Great property! Private location but still very close to the town and restaurants and shops. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable, and the outside is just amazing! Great outdoor area and hot tub! We will definitely be back when in Bryan/College Station!
