The Bradley's at Wayside

La Bradley House è una casa in stile ranch splendidamente decorata in un delizioso quartiere a 2 miglia dal centro storico di Bryan e 3. 5 miglia dal Kyle Field di TAMU. Entrare in casa è come tornare indietro nel tempo, ma con tutti i comfort moderni per rendere il tuo soggiorno sia facile che confortevole.

Ci sono due grandi suite matrimoniali (King & Quilt Rooms) disposte su due piani, ognuna con bagno privato con doccia. Il "King" ha un letto king size CA, una TV da 50 "a parete e porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono sul patio. La "trapunta" ha un letto matrimoniale e una TV a parete da 50 ". La camera "Red Queen" è una grande terza camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e una TV a parete da 50 ".

Ci sono due ampi soggiorni che possono essere utilizzati come uno spazio aperto o separati da porte scorrevoli per creare una quarta camera da letto (divano futon matrimoniale e TV da 43 "pollici). La grande sala da pranzo può ospitare sei persone ed è fuori dal salone principale che ha un camino elettrico e un 65 "
TV a parete. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per le tue esigenze di cottura con un tavolo e quattro sgabelli da bar. Il garage per due auto è a vostra disposizione con lavatrice e asciugatrice. C'è anche un secondo vialetto per il parcheggio per camper, se necessario.

Il patio e il cortile offrono aree coperte e aperte, entrambe arredate per il vostro divertimento. C'è un'annata restaurata che può ospitare quattro persone, perfetta per cenare, giochi di carte, domino, ecc ... C'è un camino a legna, una griglia a gas per barbecue (serbatoio fornito).

Dentro e fuori, la Bradley House è stata accuratamente arredata e attrezzata per rendere il tuo soggiorno il più piacevole possibile, L'ingresso senza chiave, la connessione wi-fi, le smart TV con Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime - non dimenticare le tue password!), apriporta garage, asciugacapelli, ecc.

Si prega di notare le regole della casa: solo gli ospiti registrati. Gli ospiti aggiuntivi devono avere un accordo scritto. Fumare solo all'aperto. Nessuna festa rumorosa che disturberebbe i vicini, nessun rumore forte dopo le 22:00.

The Bradley home was very much a home away from home, especially after a long journey across Texas. It had every amenity we needed, the beds were comfortable and the backyard was perfect for our service dog. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and the host even left a wonderful treat for us when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and was a quick 10 minute drive to Texas A&M University. Would definitely rent again.

Great for family stay

The property is roomy & in excellent condition. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to campus. Several family members were able to stay together as we gathered for a TAMU graduation. The house layout worked really well for family time. The kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare food for our family. Debby was responsive throughout the booking & planning process & took steps to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect stay for Ring Dunk weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Bradley House for ring dunk weekend. The home has a great layout for families, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and other things you may need, Debby has added special touches to each room and even has supplies for dogs . The backyard is beautiful with several outdoor tables and chairs and a covered area. It was perfect for my daughter’s ring dunk gathering with family and friends. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for our daughter’s college graduation. It was perfect. Lots of space, comfy beds, amazing backyard, completely outfitted kitchen, tons of parking. House was SOOOOO clean! Owner was lovely to work with and even left us a treat upon arrival. We will absolutely stay again!

Quiet and hospitable

What a perfect place to enjoy calm in the midst of graduation festivities. Debby keeps a clean, very well stocked home. The two bedrooms on one side and one on the other suited us well. Lots of sitting areas, both inside and outside, were appreciated. Very hospitable touches were found throughout. Great area for my morning walks as well and a short drive to campus and close to the HEB. Thank you, Debby!!

Perfect Amenities!

We appreciated the amenities the property had to offer. It was like being at our own house. We enjoyed using the backyard area to grill steaks and let our fur baby run about. The Rooms were the perfect size and the beds were comfortable. This allowed us to dodge the crowds at restaurants and enjoy our peace and quiet unlike what a hotel offers.

Amazing

What a great house! It had everything we needed and it was the perfect place to celebrate our daughter getting her Aggie Ring! The backyard is perfect for gathering, playing washer and eating! We will definitely be back.

My new favorite home away from home

We travel a lot and have stayed in many different houses around the country that I have loved, but this one has vaulted to the top of my list. Our trip to College Station was a long weekend to move our youngest baby into her new apartment for her freshman year at A&M. Part of the reason we chose the Bradley house is so we could bring her dog with us, that way she got to spend time with him right up until the minute we left for home. The backyard was great for him! And the house is wonderful, it is definitely bigger inside than it appears from the front. Love the enormous master suite, TVs in all the bedrooms and the living areas, a bathroom for each bedroom, the thoughtful extras everywhere - the list of things I love is too long for this review! Definitely plan to return here for visits over the next four years ❤️

Cozy and comfortable

Debby’s home was perfect for us while we were in Bryan visiting our son and his family. The grandchildren had a great time with us having sleepovers at the house, and there was plenty of room. I would recommend it.

Lovely neighborhood

Staying at the Bradley House was like visiting grandmas house. We had everything we needed and felt so welcome. The beds were comfortable and the back yard was perfect to cook out and enjoy family. We went for many walks in the quiet neighborhood and everyone was so friendly. We would highly recommend this property for all your needs in the Bryan/College Station area!!

Great rental house very close to A&M campus

Very nice and clean ranch style house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Perfect place for a family to stay together in a comfortable environment that feels more like home than any hotel ever will. Back yard is spacious and well shaded with plenty of seating around the patio. We were there for graduation but it would also be a perfect spot for any occasion that brought you to the College Station/Bryan area.

Great stay at the Bradley House for Parents Weekend

We had 2 couples staying at the house and there was plenty of room, everything we needed was provided, and more! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard for lunch with our kids, there are multiple patio tables and a nice covered seating area. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and very helpful with offering extras, like dog treats, for our doodle who came with us. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay in Bryan.
