Hotel vicino a Bryant Grove Recreation Area - Nashville

“The quality of this place has went downhill within the past few months(since our last stay) I think they are understaffed. The restaurant wasn’t opened the bartender didn’t show up so we walked to other places for a cocktail”

“Hotel itself was nice, updated and clean. Fourth floor had a smoking odor as exiting the elevator and staff was less than pleasant. Breakfast was ok, but I’ve had better at other Hilton hotels. Overall pleasant experience, just not what I would expect of a Hilton brand.”

“Our stay was excellent the staff was amazing very friendly professional and helpful the hotel was very clean and and up to date fresh coffee was always available along with ice water in the lobby and the breakfast was amazing something for the entire family I will definitely recommend to our friends and family”

“The stay was nice. I forgot to get the manager’s name, but she was great! Very helpful and she honored her word! The breakfast was really good. There are tons of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The reason I gave 4 stars, we needed extra wash cloths and we always had to wait and some of the cleaning staff were very rude! Overall, I would stay here again.”

“This is the most unprofessional hotel I have ever stayed at. The day I arrived they took my card for $50 an incidentals and never returned it when I checked out. I left my shoes behind and noticed about half an hour after I left. I called the front desk. The lady assured me she would hold onto them for me so that when I drove back two days later to catch my flight, I would stop by and pick them up. When I arrived back at the hotel, no one knew anything about it. Couldn’t find my shoes anywhere...

“This place was welcoming and very clean. For the price, I was expecting “fair” conditions. It was excellent! I’ll stay here every time I come to Nashville for a short business trip!!!”
