“Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. All towels, glasses, cutlery in the room as well as bedding was very clean. The hotel itself has a unique style, very well thought through with stylish design and decorations. “The ground floor room was very convenient for access with our dog. The whole place was always kept clean & tidy. Superb cooked breakfast every morning & the evening meals that we had were also excellent. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The bar / pub area had a very good atmosphere, with locals drinking & eating there as well as motel guests. A two minute walk to a great beach. We will definitely return.”

“We chose this property for its location to the ferry terminal however due to the noisy plumbing and size of the room we felt it was over priced and uncomfortable. Definitely too small for a double room more like a box room. In fact a 4 hour drive in the early hours would have been preferable.”

“This is a gorgeous stay. Conwy is like a fairy tale and this stay added to the charm. Check in was easy, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. No AC, so bring portable fans if you need it. Just darling, I will be dreaming of when I will be returning. Easy walk from train station, castle, and dining.”
