“Triple room at the top of the building. The hallways were pretty grim but the room was a nice surprise. Great touch with the ceiling fan. The road is very busy outside. It was fine for a one night stay.”

“Siamo stati ospitati in una ampia stanza dell’ultimo piano. L’insieme è molto carino e particolare. Una antica residenza di campagna che ti accoglie con il suo charme. La colazione è stata deliziosa così come la gentilissima signora che ci ha accolti a colazione. ”

“Our “room” was a small apartment set over two floors. Very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed for a few nights. WiFi was good. Nice art on the walls. Plenty of parking. And convenient location for touring around snowdonia and north wales. Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfasts included. Thankyou for everything”

“Clean comfortable guest house. Note it has a shared bathroom and toilets . Plenty of facilities kettle and tea in room and kitchen. Shared use of full kitchen. It was the days of the heatwave so uncomfortable only because of that. Bed very comfortable clean linen and towels. All guests were very in tune with quiet period 10 pm to 8 am. I was aid for street parking through guest house arrived early and managed to park directly outside.”

“Wow what a lovely guest house. It’s in a superb position to discover everything that Llandudno has to offer. A few mins walk to the Great Orme Tram of to the Pier or to the shopping area. It’s also in a quieter part so a little bit easier to get a parking space. The breakfast was absolutely amazing - one of if not the best breakfast we’ve had in a B&B or even 4/5 star hotels. The host are lovely and nothing was too much trouble this is definitely a jewel on Llandudno and we would go back in...
