However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. The space This entire condo welcomes up to six guests with two bedrooms, three beds, and two bathrooms. Its design balances calm tones and natural textures to create a peaceful retreat where you can unwind after a day at the beach. Cleanliness is guaranteed on arrival, ensuring a comfortable and cared-for environment. With air conditioning throughout and a single-level layout, the space is easy to enjoy for all ages. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, featuring a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and blender. You’ll find all the dishes and silverware you need, plus a dining table for shared meals. For a change of pace, take dinner outdoors at the balcony dining area or make use of the shared BBQ grill while enjoying the warm evening air. Outdoor living Step outside to a balcony with comfortable furniture and views of the surrounding greenery. The backyard offers open space and sun loungers where you can relax after swimming in one of the shared pools. Guests also have access to resort amenities nearby, including a gym, restaurants, bars, and a beach club with multiple pools. Amenities & comforts Bedrooms are furnished with cotton linens, closets for clothing storage, and soothing natural light. Bathrooms include hot water, body soap, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Families will appreciate the availability of a pack ’n play or travel crib upon request, as well as window guards for safety. Entertainment options include a TV, exercise equipment, a ping pong table, and even a movie theater. Access & convenience You’ll arrive to free parking on the premises, with additional free street parking available. The building includes an elevator for easy access, and self check-in is available via lockbox. Cleaning during your stay can be arranged, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Neighborhood Set within Corral del Risco, this part of Punta Mita offers a serene escape surrounded by lush vegetation and views of the Pacific Ocean. You can explore nearby beaches, sample local eats, or simply enjoy the total peace of this coastal setting. The combination of nature, comfort, and attentive service creates a restful base for your stay in one of Mexico’s most beautiful seaside regions. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). The apartment is located on floor no.__2__, phase 1 so guests access it by elevator.
