We ended up eating at the buffet after leaving our scheduled dinners at what should’ve been the nicer restaurants. Our last night we ended up eating at Krystal, which was amazing. “Understaffed. Beach club was great. Coffee shop staff were sweet. Buffet will have lines. And chefs don’t care about food being replenished. Please see photos attached at 9:30pm for the Huichol Buffet after being turned away for being late 15 minutes for a teppanyaki reservation. So dissatisfied and felt it was a waste of thousands of dollars for a 5 night stay. Bartenders were amazing. Pools were understaffed and quite unkempt.”

“Unfortunately, I didn’t get to stay at the BON Hotel. When we arrived, they moved our reservation to a different hotel because they said the BON Hotel wasn’t opening until the day we were checking out. We ended up staying at the Grand Luxxe, and I have to say it was absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“Amazing property and staff . Spotlessly clean. Huge issue with what tip or food and beverage . Average food for top$$. I you want a Gatorade from store on property it’s $12 and bottle water is $6. If you are looking for a place with vibe and energy, this is not your hotel !”

“The property was good, pool great, taxis great cause you get them right away.., now the AC in the room i wgive a 4 out 10. I complained 3 times about it and nothing happened. This is a place where the AC HAS to be really cold because its too hot and humid there, and it wasn’t like that. I even paid extra for a better room and nothing happened. “Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”
