“This hotel is incredible. Beautiful and large rooms, well appointed and decorated. Amazing staff and service at both the front desk and the restaurant. Very close to a quiet part of the beach and very walkable (especially along the beach) into town. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!”

“Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon ”

“Clean room, friendly staff and excellent amenities. The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing was our room didn’t have any towels or bathrobes or slipper when we got there and had to request them. Aside from that it was all great. I would recommend. ”

“Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..”

“Breakfast was awful and sat long before served.Swimming pool was closed for work.Maintenance happenning at 7 in the morning drills and cutting concrete..Housekeeping knockimg at 7 am.no microwave in room.some of the staff just plain rude! Never again would i stay there.”

“This is a gorgeous resort with lovely service. Everyone very kind and helpful. I loved walking around and hearing all the amazing birds. Our room was spacious and very nice. Gorgeous grounds, too!
