“The resort itself is excellent. However, if you have serious food allergies like I do, I’d be careful. Lots of stuff was labeled as GF or DF and I could clearly see that it had milk or bread. I think it’s fine if you are extra aware. I told staff multiple times and I still had several allergic reactions. Other than that, this resort is my favorite.”

“Room was good and we enjoyed being at the resort. It does take some time to get used to the layout and learn which elevators take you to which areas. The restaurants also close earlier than expected. Other than those observations we enjoyed our stay.”

“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“Upon arrival the room dirty, 2 dead cockroaches. Couch with a dirty spot with pubic hair, ceiling fan very noisy, empty refrigerator. Manager Brenda offered to give us a ride back to the airport free of charge for all the inconveniences. But on the day we left we told manager Brenda to get us the ride and she said “what are you talking about “? She said she never said anything. NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOT COMING BACK.THANK YOU BRENDA. They never fixed anything.”

“Loved the modernity and comfort of the place. Even though it was a small resort without a plethora activities, the food quality was excellent, the room were was well arranged, and enjoyed the few activities we did take part in. Concierge was very responsive and helpful and the spa was great. The staff in general were very attentive and were quick to remedy the few small miscommunications that we dealt with. The view of the corner swim out suite is quite obscured if you’re big on views but it...
