“I didn’t love the cut-throat chair reservations at 6am, also the buffet was good but not good enough to make up for restaurant reservations to be booked out 48 hours, I did like that there were bars that stayed open late but the swimming pools closed way too early. I think they closed at like 7:00, they would try to make up for it with events that were wildly underwhelming. VERY LIMITED room service menu, it was like 5 items and a surcharge. “Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! Fastidiosa e' l'insistenza nel lanciare continui messaggi finalizzati alla cosiddetta "mancia". Ottimo il ristorante messicano e quello francese, non altrettanto quello italiano. Più che buona la colazione e il luncheonette a buffet che propone tantissimi piatti gustosi della cucina messicana.”

“Room is very comfortable, great views. Breakfast is great and included. Pools are very nice, quiet, spots only. Good pool service. Lunch and dinner good too. A few restaurants within walking distance also that are very good. ”

“The service at Unico is hands down the best I’d ever experienced at an all-inclusive. The staff are friendly and hospitable and genuinely seem to want to make your stay a great experience.
