“First of all I will say that the staff/employees did the best they could. For them nothing bad to say, always trying to make you feel comfortable even the situations HOWEVER the rest is not as good, the facilities are great but depends on the "situation" how good you will feel using them. My impression is that this hotel is focused on discount cheap stays 24 months payments big groups of people by bus. And it is nothing bad about traveling using discounts, that is the reason we use...

“I think everything was wonderful and the food. The staff. The rooms. Everybody was very attentive. I just think it’s so weird. That in a resort. There was not one camera that I spotted the whole week. I was there. I think that’s something that is very important for resorts and hotels to always have cameras and all of the surroundings.”

“Nice staff, buffet food is ok , hard to get ala cart reservations for the on site restaurants , must be in the lobby early to get one. Nice beach , need more shows”
