“Simply Amazing!”

“The property is well maintained, and there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation but service lacks to some extent as they do the strictly minimum. Some of the valets are passive agressive and sometimes pool attendants ‘don’t see you’ for the longest time. The place is quiet from 10pm to 8am for those who want to recharge during their vacation. The food was really good. It’s on the beach so very convenient. I didn't like having people offering horse rides walking up and down the beach...

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

I maximized my stay with a swim in the pool, an extraordinary massage with Juan Carlos (truly a medicine man) followed by dinner beside the pool. The next morning I enjoyed the sumptuous oatmeal bowl flavored with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It was delicious. ”

“What a lovely stay we had at Sayulinda. The staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and have a great smiles. The rooftop pool is a little slice of heaven with inviting cabanas, yummy margaritas and ocean views. Being centrally located made it easy to walk everywhere and being close the beautiful beach. “Nothing can prepare you for the generous and welcoming hospitality of D88, Lalo, Elle and the staff; especially when an unexpected disturbance shuts the country down for 24 hours. “We found the noise from the nearby beach bar soo loud at night. We did not sleep well. We were informed that the bar is run by the MX cartell and not to discuss the issue. Would likely choose another place to stay due to this. The hotel iteslf is nice, location nice but the loud bars are not good for sleep.”

“This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. “Great spot in great location. Check-in: at the Cigar shop downstairs/outside. Good hot/water pressure, good pillows, AC worked well, small fridge/freezer was handy, footwash station for sandy feet, free filtered water tap in common area, quiet after 11pm. No real view but close to everything and not up a big hill.
