“The staff at Villa La Estancia were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the resort's all-inclusive experience was very disappointing. There is no buffet lunch or dinner, and the only buffet breakfast was always crowded with long lines and wait times. Every meal required waiting for service and then waiting for a check, even though everything was already included. We spent far too much of our vacation waiting. Room service was also frustrating....

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk.
