I wish I knew before booking about the condition of this hotel, it was dirty, and it’s basically falling apart. At random times the most disgusting smell would come from the toilet it was unbearable o had to leave the room. The wall pant was chipped, mold in the bathroom walls, and one time I came out my room that was on the 8th floor to find the halls flooded with water, the leak dripped all the way down to the main lobby floor. The gym was small, most machines didn’t work and very dirty. Also when booking no one said about a 20 story high building construction happened right next to our hotel, it was very loud all day long. And there was no complementary coffee, we had to buy each cup of coffee cup that was served for a jar. Yet I did notice that when Americans would ask for coffee they weren’t being charged. There was cleaning service everyday but they would only clean the bathroom and do the beds, no sheet changing and no sweeping which made it hard to walk barefooted.
