“Resort was amazing. Food and staff were excellent. We were they over the cartel stuff and the resort did a great job keeping everything normal as they could staff work 24hrs because they could not leave the resort they were exhausted but kept working. We tipped extra for there hard work. We will he back. Thanks for keeping us safe! ”

We were unfortunately there during the incident of El Mencho, though with that said, every staff member worked twice as hard to make all the guests comfortable and as unbothered as possible. ”

“The room was clean, smelled fresh, clean comfy linens. Many amenities in room. Daily restocked mini fridge water pop beer. The entire staff at hotel is amazing!! Always willing to help. Make you feel welcome and grateful to have you there. The servers at the beach/pool don’t just serve drinks..they interact with guests so that you feel like you’ve known them for years!!!
