“La estancia fue placentera, aunque si hay áreas de oportunidad, como la alberca, toda la estancia estuvo sucia y el agua muy fría, el aire acondicionado de la habitación 115 no funciona correctamente, así como tampoco los controles de la TV y cable... ”

“We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed our spacious room. This hotel has several great restaurants and the buffet had lots options. The beach is private and I felt very safe staying at the Hyatt Ziva. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used the SPA services and I was so impressed with the amenities and the staff. Will definitely go back to this hotel again. ”

“The good: The vibes are on point. It is centrally located, but the pools are tucked away so you have privacy. For food, there is only one restaurant with a buffet and a couple grills. I always went to the grills for the freshest options. Getting to sit along the boardwalk and eat breakfast and people watch was fun. It’s definitely chill vibes.
