“Salta all'occhio lo staff numerosissimo ma non sempre all'altezza di una struttura del genere. Sembra un esercito senza un vero comandante! “We were given the North Tower and we had a few bugs but nothing that really bothered us. Made sure to keep food in fridge and not out. No sun at pools until late and very hard to get a chair by the pool as there are none on the beach. Quite crowded. Food was good. Kids club was ok - we just sat around their pool with our little ones. had some sun there and lots of chairs so this was nice. Gorgeous view from the room and saw wales. Would not go back but I do love southern Vallarta.”

“Wonderful one-night respite in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of the airport. I maximized my stay with a swim in the pool, an extraordinary massage with Juan Carlos (truly a medicine man) followed by dinner beside the pool.
The next morning I enjoyed the sumptuous oatmeal bowl flavored with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It was delicious. ”
