“Don’t bother booking at Grand Park Royal unless you’re staying in the New Tower.
My Son’s experience in the Old Tower was absolutely terrible. The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room.
We reported the problem to several staff members. Rather than moving us to another room, maintenance simply started...

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The Hotel is very beautiful, Great amenities with the beach being just 2 feet away and restaurant on site. I really love it!
The only issues we had was at our initial check in at the front desk. We were told that the AC unit for the room we booked was not working and offered to put us in another hotel at another location. At that time we were not willing to go to another location.”

“Hotel limpio y nuevo pero con muchos detalles; el agua caliente de la regadera a veces no calentaba, el staff no resuelve problemas y pide que les des propina en efectivo porque al parecer no se las entregan si es en tarjeta. “I’ve stayed at the Sheraton many times! They always have something going on by the pool or special dinners or sometimes fireworks! You will always see someone tending to the plants, which are gorgeous. Room service is 24hrs, gym is 24hrs, pool closes a little early but within walking distance of the night life. And close to Pepe’s tacos which is a favorite in PV. Inclusive is definitely worth it!”
