“Absolutely excellent services and staff. Beach views are amazing. Blaze was out favorite spot for dinner so as Italian. We liked the pool next to Tortuga bar . Rafael and Israel were the best at that area. Fast and excellent services ! Israel was supper attentive and friendly. I would recommend Hyatt Ziva to everyone if you want to experience amazing resort. Room was always clean and fresh ! :) we will be back !”

“The property is a 5 diamond resort and they definitely live up to those expectations! Clean rooms and well-stocked mini bar. The staff were attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The outdoor balcony on our ultra suite (6th floor, north tower) was TO DIE FOR!!! And both rooftop pools (north and south tower) had the best food. All restaurants on property were 10/10!!! NOI, DAO, and Hiroshi did not disappoint or miss a beat.”
