“This was an amazing property. My only small complaints were that our shower barely drained and the bath towels smelled dingy/not freshly laundered. The pool in our unit was SOOOOO HOT, thus not refreshing, but only mother nature's relentless sunshine caused that issue. Maybe a shade of some sort over the pool can help with that problem, but it didn't make our vacation any less wonderful! The hotel's main pool was nice and cool so we found ourselves there often. “The hotel is located right on the river, I had a room with a view. It is in a very nice area, full of shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, the room was clean and cosy with all possible comforts. The hotel stuff is extremely caring and warm. I would definitely go back if I visit Puerto Vaillarta again. Highly recommended.”

“Such a nice place! Will absolutely stay here again! Clean, courteous, full of amenities, spacious, comfortable, well-maintained, not dated, and well-situated in the neighborhood. Would have benefitted from some basic area information available in the room (like location of nearest ATM, as most local businesses only accept cash). But that’s what the internet is for. I highly recommend Spanish Moon! ”
