“Very clean and spacious but there should be some mention about the amount of stairs you need to take to get down to the Hacienda. There are about 12-13 flights of stairs that you have to climb. It was tough for little kids and impossible for elderly. Aside from that, nice views, clean pool and friendly staff. ”

“We stayed with our 2 adult sons for a few nights. The property was spacious and very clean. Julio was a wonderful property manager, meeting us to check us in and out and he offered to help out with anything else we might need. The fruit bowl was a lovely welcome for us, and the place was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!”

“Microwave didn’t work Bedroom was only cleaned twice Had only two wine classes and two dining room chairs until the day before we left. The owners were coming that day then additional chairs and glasses were brought in and a more thorough cleaning was done. Also, fresh flowers were brought in. We wish the owners had come the week before we were there. Overall, we loved the place”

“The anemities are good but not amazing. Kitchen is well stocked but has worn out cookware. Cleaners were there everyday but not thorough with floors especially. A Cockroach was seen multiple times in the back of kitchen drawers. Maintenance issues like slow draining showers and leaking tubs were noted to management but not fixed. Property is beautiful though, overall furnishings are nice. Quiet and safe with 24 hour security was appreciated. Our unit being right on the beach was amazing. ”

"The property Is in a nice location, but the service Is far from the One of a five stars hotel. I arrived at 8,30 pm and i was not even welcomed wirh a bottle of water. The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. The fact that you pay a Daily resort fee should prevent from such things. Beeing Italian the food offerend was not of variety and below an acceptable level of quality. With exceptions, most of the staff dose not greet you, of you do not do It First I am site that i Will not choose Westin in a near future."
