The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave, a good-sized fridge/freezer, a toaster, a blender, coffee maker, and electric oven, and includes all the basics for cooking and dining, such as glasses, plates, cups, frying pans and pots, kitchen utensils, etc.

There is a dining table that seats 4 people, the living room has a sofa bed ideal for two additional guests to sleep comfortably, a second Smart TV, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, a second full bathroom, and access to a terrace in an interior courtyard with chairs and a parasol.
