Tres Palmas si trova proprio dove vuoi essere! Sul lato più recente di Bucerias al numero 43 Francisco I. Madero. Siamo a 3 minuti a piedi da 7 miglia di bellissima spiaggia ininterrotta! Oltre a isolati da molti ristoranti, negozi, gallerie d'arte e deliziosi panifici.

Casita Bucerias è una casita con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situata al primo piano. La casita è fresca e luminosa con un ampio patio con vista sulla piscina e sulla fontana. L'unità è dotata di aria condizionata, ampio spazio di archiviazione e cucina completamente attrezzata. La master suite contiene un letto king size con bagni annessi con docce di grandi dimensioni. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale.

Le nostre casitas sono decorate in modo colorato con bagliori messicani. Dotato di tutto il necessario dal frullatore da cucina agli ombrelloni. Il servizio di pulizia viene effettuato 2 giorni a settimana. Oltre ad altri servizi gratuiti sulla proprietà come un servizio lavanderia, acqua potabile purificata, internet wireless, biblioteca di lettura, 40 TV a schermo piatto con canali satellitari, cassaforte, teli mare, sedie, ombrelloni e griglia a gas Weber ..

A tre isolati di distanza si trova Bucerias Centro con un grazioso gazebo e una chiesa nella piazza principale. Ma prima di raggiungere la piazza, passerai davanti al mercato degli artigiani, dove sarai abbagliato dalla gamma di oggetti colorati davanti a te. Great little condo with a wonderful pool

The condo is very comfortable with a great private patio that leads to the pool deck There are just 5 units in the complex with a nice selection of chairs on the pool deck. The unit we stayed in was nicely furnished and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay here, there are lots of great little cafes and restaurants nearby with the beach just 2 blocks away.

Great location

Great communication with Lisa. She is very personable and allowed us to check in early. A very relaxing 11 day stay, Great water pressure in the bathrooms, comfortable beds. Pool was nice to have a refreshing swim after a day on the beach. Location is fantastic and only 5 min walk to beach and local grocery store, restaurants and taxi stand. Will definitely return.

Will Be Back!

Perfect place to stay in Bucerias! Central to great restaurants. To our surprise we were the only ones staying there at the time and were able to enjoy the pool to ourselves. The owners and cleaner were very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

Just what we were hoping for

Tres Palmas was the perfect place for our family trip. I spent two weeks with my husband and our two small kids. The neighborhood is quiet but with great places to eat and shop nearby. The beach is two blocks away. We swam in the beautiful pool every day. I’ll definitely be bringing my family back here.

Lovely Casita in Golden Bucerias

The property is in the heart of Golden Bucerias surrounded by restaurants, shops, and a great bakery. The little local grocery store was perfect for everyday necessities. The property was clean, the pool area lovely and the bbq always had fuel. Air conditioning was great and biweekly cleaning/linens was great. There were some water issues (no hot water for a couple of days) and the. No water while they fixed the problem. The pool was not heated - it was refreshing. We will definitely stay there again.

A Delightful Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tres Palmas! It is very tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The pool is refreshing and the patio quaint and relaxing. The location is perfect as it is in the center of everything in Bucerias and short walking distance to excellent restaurants. Lisa is very accommodating and friendly. We also enjoyed her little dog, Shadow! We Look forward to staying here again.

GREAT PLACE!

This was a great find! Grocery store, restaurants, and beach a few steps away. I was immediately attracted to the location. As I was looking at listings, I was drawn to the look and colors of the Casitas. We weren't disappointed when we arrived. Lisa greeted us and gave us a quick tour even though we arrived late at night (safe and quiet neighborhood). When we woke up in the morning the place looked even better. The colors so vibrant. The plants and vegetation in the courtyard is so beautiful. I didn't use the kitchen to cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and all appliances you could need for toast, coffee, or a margarita =) The beds are comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. There is everything you need to go out to the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even coolers. It’s really not far to carry it to the beach. Lisa is a GREAT host. She gave us great tips, advice, and recommendations. She is also great at reminding you that you’re on vacation, so just relax! Love her! I'm already thinking about our next trip and our stay at Tres Palmas!

A pleasant relaxing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent month long stay in Casita Bucerias. The 2 bdrm suite was what we were looking for in terms of relaxed local home living - a nice kitchen and of course, abundant beach chairs, umbrellas and yoga mats. Lisa is a great host attending to any and all questions. All of the units have uniquely different layouts. Our casita had a shaded outdoor dining area which was a perfect way to start or end each day. All five suites have access to a delightful pool which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Tres Palmas is centrally situated in the Zona Dorada, the quieter side of Bucerias. It is a short 2 -5 minute walk from all types of restaurants and the beach. There is also a small grocery store nearby. You can safely walk anywhere in Bucerias - remember to see all the local markets or take the public bus to truly enjoy the local atmosphere. It is perfect holiday away from the typical crowds. Thanks Lisa for a great vacation.

Great little place 2 blocks from beach and very accessible to many amenities!

The garden/pool is sweet and private. Location good. Kitchen is well stocked. Drinking water dispenser a plus! Fit our 4 person family perfectly into the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. There’s a little noise from the road, but totally bearable. Laundry also a plus! Luna Luna across the street made a great breakfast. Lisa was very welcoming and and helpful. Staying here is recommended. Positive overall experience.
