“We had reserved two handicapped rooms with roll in showers. They had overbooked the amenities so only one room had the shower. It took us 20 minutes to check in because the gentleman was on the phone with a customer who was going week by week for rentals. Our room, 418, did not have a blackout curtain. “This is not a hotel. It's a motel. I chose a handicap accessible room, because I wanted as many safety rails as possible in the bathroom. (i'm in my 70's and have cancer and other health issues.) (This was a one night stay) The room wasn't very clean. The soap scum in the tub/shower was bad. But the worst thing was that at 9:15 pm my smoke alarm went off.
