“The pool and the maintenance man (sorry never got his name) was our favourite part of our stay. He was such a friendly welcoming face everyday. The pool was so fun for my boys! They had lots life jackets we could use (we had our own but it was a nice touch for people flying in), and floaties for the kids to play with.
Rooms were clean, affordable price and friendly cleaning staff. We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay. ”

“The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes.
The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price. Overall, a very disappointing stay”

When we checked in, our room was still being cleaned and was not ready for guests—it was actually quite dirty, which was frustrating after a long trip. What made it worse was the staff’s response; there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. “The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice…
The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call.
We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat.
