“I love the value this property offers stayed two nights for 135! Sunday and Monday Clean pool and clean room. Breakfast was hot and good. It’s got an old school outside feel like many motels in Branson but the wood flooring and new countertops in the rooms are updated and fresh. My second year in a row staying here with kids and grandkids they were also pleased with the value!”

“The incredible water feature that runs through the middle of resort down to pool is not running and no plans to repair it which is a big disappointment. No music to speakers around pool anymore most of the time... when they do have it on it's too quiet to hear. Hitching Post menu was downgraded as well so no burgers and no lime margaritas which was also disappointing. Three or four big trees that provided shade to pool were also removed this year. “Nice breakfast. Decent rooms, pool was open. The hallways were loud at night and would wake us up. The bathroom smelled like mold. Otherwise loved the stay”

“Great location and clean rooms make this hotel the best fit for our trips to Branson. Cookies on arrival is a great touch. Air conditioner works well. Closest to the Tanger outlets.”

“The value for the money and location was great. I think some people complain because they expect a 5 star hotel for the low price point. The bed was comfortable, and the biscuits and gravy were amazing! The room did smell a little musty from the AC, the blankets were a little uncomfortable, and the room was not the cleanest that I’ve stayed at, but overall for the price that I paid it served its purpose!”
