The Buda House

About this space
This great floor plan welcomes you, provides gathering spaces and private time too. Covered back patio and outdoor yard seating enviros you to stargaze in the evenings. If you play the piano, yes we have one in the living area. If you don’t yet I’ve set out a easy learning book...it’s a good way to tune in your brain and will provide amazing benefits!
The space
This corner home is private, well-kept with brand new, paint, and carpet. You will feel as if you’re in a space that is very welcoming, clean, updated, and practically new.
Master bedroom is at the back of the house and two bedrooms and a bath at the front. Large office is off of the living space. Let the house know if you require use of the garage.
Guest access
You will have a key card access to a lovely beach entry community pool with lounge chairs and a covered shady dining area. Kids playscape is close by the pool, walk from this home. There are walking trails in the neighborhood and a catch and release pond toward the front of the subdivision. The second pond is closer to this home- at the end of the culdesac.
Other things to note
This location is so easy to use as home base whether you are seeing old downtown Buda which is charming or venturing north into downtown Austin (15 minutes) or south to SAn Marcos (15 minutes) New Braunfels (20 minutes) or San Antonio (40 minutes).
Take advantage of the subdivision having a front and back entrance, go highway or go beautiful winding hill country roads! Plenty of music venues near by and folks are friendly...especially my friends at The Budaful Hiker store... they do three organized hikes a week and you are welcome to join in for FREE!!!
