“We stayed at the Ramada from April 22 to April 29. it was initially intended to be just a 2 night stay but we extended our stay to a week. we absolutely loved this hotel, loved the staff. The staff was exceptional, specific referenced to Namrata at the reception desk and Prem at the restaurant We had a warm welcome and a huge welcome smile from Namrata at the front desk during our check in. “The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.”

“When we requested them for fridge requirement, they upgraded our room to so called best room (suite). It was poorly maintained room with no fridge, rusted kettle, leaking tap, unusable table, and only one towel, empty soap dispenser. Lift was stinking. The only good thing about this property was they had separate space for parking and staff were polite and helpful.”

“Property is in a bad stinky neighborhood. the staff didn’t listen to my request to give me a rain check. I booked this hotel by mistake and then had to checkout in few hours without using the facility. The location is not good community or neighborhood as per locals”
