“This room was a huge letdown. The cleanliness was below standard, the room smelled unpleasant, and several things were clearly broken or neglected. The photos are misleading and set expectations that are simply not met. Definitely not worth the money. I regret booking here. List of major issues. 1. Toilet seat broken 2. “The complimentary breakfast was denied by hotel on both days although booking email clearly states that it's included. The bathroom shower and fittings were totally rusted and leakage water flowed into the room. The hotel staff and hotels.com did not care to help and resolve despite calls to front desk and customer service number.”

“When we requested them for fridge requirement, they upgraded our room to so called best room (suite). It was poorly maintained room with no fridge, rusted kettle, leaking tap, unusable table, and only one towel, empty soap dispenser. Lift was stinking. The only good thing about this property was they had separate space for parking and staff were polite and helpful.”

“This the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff showed us 5 different alternative rooms until we found one with out bed bugs or signs of blood on the mattress. The carpets are foul in the hallways, covered with stains of old food. The headboard was even covered in god knows what’s kind of stains. So not be fooled by the images or fake reviews. This place needs a health inspection and should be stripped of its current Star rating. ”
