“Worst hotel experience ever. I would give the hotel 1-2 stars, not 4. The rooms are not soundproofed. You have to pay a cash deposit for the minibar immediately upon arrival. Why? The beds are very uncomfortable and hard. It’s extremely noisy—you can hear everything from the reception, the cleaning staff banging their bucket at 7 AM, and the heavily trafficked road outside.
