“So we had booked over a month in advance, and when we got there apparently the room had been given away for a conference. Reese at the front desk was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Had it burned for her we would think twice about coming back but wouldn’t hesitate.”

The carpets were stained and filthy, the elevator floor was laminate wood that separated, exposing a large gap at the doorway, where someone had tried to fill the gap with calkiing. The spa was closed for repairs, which didn't really matter to me, but its more indicative of the poor condition of the facility. “It was advertised having hair dryer and continental breakfast. Neither was there. I asked about this, they stopped a while ago was the response. There was a place for a hair dryer, but no dryer in the spot. No garbage can in the room. The staff found me a hair dryer and gave me trash can liners. Staff was friendly. Place is just rundown and in need of some serious TLC.”
