“The only thing going for this property is the location close to the University hospital. The door was locked when we arrived. I phoned and a 12 year old let us in. His information on my updated booking was not up to date, even though I had phoned a week prior to confirm with the owner my booking changes. “The hotel is great. I haven't stayed here since I was a kid but it was fantastic. The pool area is lovely, a nice place to walk around. The staff was great. It was very busy but everyone was pleasant and helpful. My kids loved it.”
