Gino and Brooke are your hosts, we live in Arvada, Colorado and absolutely love Buena Vista, we visited BV a couple years back and found so much charm in the town, and still have so much more to explore. We hope you enjoy the town and this home and everything that it has to offer. Amazing location, we loved morning walks with coffee to the river and ease of getting to downtown BV (short 2 minute drive). A few coffee shops and restaurants within stumbling distance within the South Main neighborhood. The house itself was clean, very comfortable and Gino was a great host. Thanks for good times, just what our family needed. Would definitely book again.

Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Hot tub was nice and the string lights were a lovely touch. So happy we could walk to everything. My only recommendation is to add a couple throw blankets to the couch, but otherwise we loved our stay!

BV Wedding

My husband and I and a dear friend stayed in the house during our son’s wedding week. It was perfect for us—great location near the Surf Hotel and river, clean, roomy bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen. Very happy.

Monarch Ski Trip

Great location, great restaurants within walking distance, great hiking along Arkansas River. The property was clean, and well stocked: we would definitely stay here again. The Hot Tub worked perfect and was very nice- this was a hit with the kids.

Perfect Location

We spent a week for a family wedding and found this to be a very comfortable, well equiped home away from home. you are steps away from the Eddyline Brewery and a short walk to hiking trails around the Arkansas River. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was perfect after a day of biking and hiking. Because you are on the main street you can expect some traffic noise into the evening if you are a light sleeper. Thank you for our hosts for being so prompt and attentive!

The Green house BV was Great!

My husband & I in our 60's and our 20 your old granddaughter, enjoyed the Green House, the location was perfect and centrally located for everything we wanted to do while in the BV area. The home has everything you need, the kitchen is supplied amazingly well , bathrooms have plenty of towels, TP, tissues & very nice bath soap, shampoo & condition, the parking is great, we had our 2 side x sides with us and were able to park our trailer behind the house in the large well lit public parking. The home is decorated very nicely, very clean, you immediately feel right at home. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great Stay and the Green House in BV

We had a wonderful stay at the Green House. The home is very clean and ver well appointed. Beds were quite comfortable. Location was also ideal for us - coffee shop and restaurants close by as well as the path by the the river. Highly recommend!

Exceeded expectations!

All of the details were wonderful about our stay here. The kitchen was well-equipped (we have food allergies in our family so cook a lot when traveling) and we enjoyed eating meals here together. The pictures of the neighborhood don’t do it justice! A beautiful walking path along the river is about two blocks away - my teenagers enjoyed getting coffee half a block away - and my eight year old loved the boulder park about 3 blocks away. My husband and I love to walk/hike together so it was great to have the walk along the river so close. This is our first trip to BV and there were a lot of great adventures for all ages/interests, and The Green House was a wonderful home base that was both comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed winding down watching the sun set over the mountains each night with the kids in the hot tub and my husband and I sitting on the patio. The hosts were very helpful. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Magnificent home!

Great home. Great location. Right by great restaurants, parks and the river. Home is beautiful and well stocked. The hot tub was clean and ready for use. I will use this home every year when my family comes out for our rafting trip!

Adventuring in BV

The green house was a perfect getaway for our family. Walking distance to hiking, running, and Mtn biking trails as well and to shops and restaurants made the location perfect. Hot tub on site, plenty of room for games, and an open kitchen for cooking made it a great family hangout space. We had such a fantastic week!

Wonderful

It was so well situated in the newer part of Buena Vista, so close to a beautiful river. The house was really updated. Everything looked brand new and really tastefully done. It was just my husband and my son, and the house was so private. The kitchen was really well equipped. and it also nice touches like coffee and condiments, etc. stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub one night and the balcony off of the master every night or early morning. Can't say enough we hated to leave and can't wait to return. Pining away, Leigh

Adorable House and Town

Our stay at this adorable row house in Buena Vista was amazing. The house was well equipped and spacious for our small group. Easy walk into town and down to the river walk. Definitely give this property a look if you are planning a trip to Buena Vista!

Great property

Location - right in the heart of South Main in Buena Vista, perfect location to spend time on the river Hot tub- Awesome, is this the only hot tub in south main??? Hosts - Super quick to respond to questions Price - VERY well priced...all-in it was cheaper than staying in a hotel at the surf hotel....and we got so MUCH more than a hotel (AKA a full house/kitchen + hot tub). We will be back to this house

Small Town Mountain Bliss

We live in the country so getting away to the city is odd...but BV isn't "city" and this location is great if you want the easy access to fun strolls around a charming little mountain town. There are so many places you can walk to from here. We only used the car to make a grocery run. Trails near the river, 4th of July parade, lots of hummingbirds buzzing outside the windows, and a tidy, easy to use house with a nice kitchen and a hot tub. We didn't bring our teenagers but easily could have and they would have had complete freedom to get over the the skate park or bike park or river or ice cream shop. Great house and super fun. Highly recommend.
