This house DOES NOT have AC. Most homes in Buena Vista and other mountain towns don't have AC including this one. There are ceiling fans or portable fans at the property for your use to help keep you cool. Please note that opening windows at night and closing them in the morning helps a ton.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique smart lock access code two days before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

This property is attached to a home in a quiet neighborhood next to the Arkansas River in Johnson Village which is a short 5 min drive to Main Street in Buena Vista.



Getting Around:

This property is located in Johnsons Village which is 3.2 miles (5 mins) from Buena Vista. Within walking distance of the property is a coffee shop, liquor store, Domino's pizza and a gas station.



Other Things to Note:

Please note: Like many homes in Buena Vista and other Colorado mountain towns, this home does not have air conditioning. However, temperatures in the mountains cool significantly in the evenings. Simply open a few windows and turn on fans to quickly cool the space and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
