A breve distanza dal fiume Arkansas, dal distretto principale del sud, da caffetterie, ristoranti e caffetterie, la nostra casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo ai margini di Buena Vista con vista sulle Cime Collegiate. Con tre camere da letto, due bagni e un ampio cortile recintato, questa è la destinazione di vacanza perfetta per la tua prossima vacanza!

Lo spazio

Lontano dal rumore e dal traffico del centro, la nostra casa di 1.600 piedi quadrati di nuova costruzione dispone di una grande cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo, soggiorno, tre camere da letto, due bagni completi e fango. Ha internet ad alta velocità, una TV "intelligente" con dispositivo Roku e un lettore DVD per la vostra convenienza. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale con un bagno padronale annesso. Le altre due camere da letto includono un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale e armadi. C'è un materasso ad aria queen size che è disponibile su richiesta. La casa dispone di un ampio parcheggio interno e esterno.

Pleasant Stay Overall

We stayed at Basecamp during our recent trip to Buena Vista. The location was perfect for us - a short drive to the main part of town but far enough from the noise of people and traffic. The house was clean and comfortable. The view of the mountains is somewhat limited when sitting on the back patio due to the privacy fence and shed in the southwest corner of the yard, but what we could see was exactly why we went to Buena Vista. There was an issue with the kitchen sink and dishwasher, so we were unable to use both. But Cally remedied the situation following our stay. We would not hesitate to stay at Basecamp again if we return to the BV area.

Excellent Home base for Adventure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in BV and Cally’s Basecamp is the perfect location and set up for 4 wheeling fun in the mountains ! We will definitely be back!

Wedding weekend retreat

Me and a few friends went to a wedding in Buena Vista and booked this house for the weekend. It was the perfect place for our group to stay! The view of the stars at night from the backyard is unreal and it is so close to town. We would definitely stay here again if we travel back to this area!

Great Stay!

We were in town for some white water rafting and to spend a couple night in Buena Vista. Highly recommend this rental! The view is amazing, it was clean and communication was great.

A Home Away from Home

Basecamp was a fabulous place to stay - a beautiful home with breathtaking views of Mount Princeton. All of the amenities were available and we had everything we needed. This vacation home made our vacation extra special - convenient to the day trips we took. Everything was clean and well maintained. We are definitely planning to come back! Cozy house

This house is a great base camp for your adventures. We visited buena vista and the mt Princeton hot springs. The house was perfect for us, it was clean and had plenty of space For all of us to enjoy our time!

Weekend Getaway

Fantastic house in a great location for exploring the BV area. Nice walk to town or easy drive any where you’d want to visit in the area. The eclipse was a nice bonus and seeing the Milky Way from the back yard at night was incredible that close to town.

The open concept was perfect for a dinner gathering with friends. Great stay. Only improvement we can think of is the pillows. They were too soft. Other than that; all else great. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home

Basecamp is fantastic!!

We stayed at basecamp for a week. The home is very comfortable and clean and has everything you might need. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and we enjoyed the backyard with amazing Mountain views. The house is located very near to Main Street where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The location is very central to the larger area and allowed us to explore many new places all within an hour or less drive. The house stayed pretty cool during the day even with windows and blinds closed (a wonderful surprise-not all houses stay cool and it’s been a hot summer!), and was absolutely amazing at night with windows open. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved basecamp and would definitely stay here again!

Base Camp is Amazing

Sometimes you stay in a VRBO and it’s obviously a business venture. Base Camp felt like I was borrowing this house from a family friend. House is great in a very quiet neighborhood. House was stocked with everything you could need and more. Our family enjoyed and we will stay at this house next time!

Loved the mountain views

Everything was exactly as listed. We stayed here during Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. Kitchen and living room areas are spacious. Mountain views from kitchen, living room windows. The master bedroom window showcases Mt. Princeton each morning. Beds are comfortable, and bedrooms are a good size. The back yard seating is nice with mountain views and you get to see the amazing starry skies at night. No houses behind this home. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Felt right at home. Minutes to Main Street, short drive to Salida.

Buena Vista Basecamp

Nice, clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Great views of mountains from the house. The beds were quite comfortable and the house was in a convenient location for hiking and reaching the town center. The kitchen was fine and all the amenities were as advertised. My family and I enjoyed staying at there and were very comfortable.

Perfect spot!

The house was very clean, very functional, had a well stocked kitchen, a lovely backyard and we had a blast! It was also perfectly situated in Buena Vista near the Surf Hotel where we were going to a music festival + not far from Mount Princeton Hot Springs. We had a lovely stay and Cally was super helpful and responsive.

Wonderful home

Perfect Homebase

Perfect !

The house was super clean , well decorated , and in an awesome location . We rode our bikes to downtown BV everyday. Even rode to white water rafting from the house. The host was helpful and responsive. Would stay again.

Great location and kitchen

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood on the edge of town. The views, kitchen, and backyard were great. Cally was quick to respond to communication. The house was spacious for 5 adults. My family's only complaints were the beds, which are worn (especially the queen in the front bedroom). The only other issue we had was the floor in the middle bedroom was not vacuumed (there was some type of cereal on the floor by the bed when we checked in). The rest of the house was clean. If the beds were replaced, we would stay here again.

Perfect location for our Base Camp as we hosted our annual Ford Bronco SuperCelebration at the BV Rodeo Grounds - great location and size - clean house with extra amenities - would recommend this location to others !
