“Posizione dell'hotel buona per raggiungere Buffalo o Niagara Falls (30 minuti in auto). Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“I immediately left the hotel property after 10 minutes of being in the room and booked a different hotel. I’ve never once left a review for anything not matter how good or bad but this was on a different level. I get some places are not up to snuff but I didn’t want to take anything out of my car or want anyone there to know what I had because I didn’t want my car or room to get broken into. “The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.”
