Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. “It's in a great location on Main St in Williamsville -- a charming suburb of Buffalo. It is close to the highway. The rooms are very spacious and the parking is free. It has a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly. It is on the pricey side.”

“I'm glad I went here. I arrived at the bus station and took the 8 bus and walked. The employees were friendly. It opened three months ago. It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer.”
