“ This was my second stay here this week and was a great stay, both times Amanda and the Man working Saturday Dec 20 amazing, efficient and friendly workers. Unfortunately the hot tub suite was unavailable but the Nirmal King Suite is great too and roughly 50usd less so yes it was a slight disappointment to not get the room I requested but I get things happen sometimes. “In un bel quartiere, struttura ricavata da un edificio storico finemente ristrutturato. Molto elegante. Pulizia perfetta, parcheggio privato (con supplemento). Colazione ottima. Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. “Staff were courteous and helpful with directions regarding the Bandits game we went to attend. We utilized the valet parking and were able to walk into the game from the garage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer. We plan to stay again when we visit Buffalo”
