“The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.”

“Found this on Expedia while looking for a place to stay while in Buffalo for the weekend. We were told the hotel was recently remodeled. Everything was brand new, very clean, very reasonably priced, and the staff was great! It’s not a super fancy hotel, but has all the basic ammenities, is in a safe area, and very clean!”

“From the moment we walked in the door we knew we would have a very comfortable stay. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. Quiet and comfortable, made it easy to rest and recharge. Small things make it stand out like the quality bath products and a microwave and frig in the room. The bed was epically comfortable and linens were clean and fresh. Quick check in and checkout with a text saying if we needed anything during our stay let them know....

“Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location for our stay. Breakfast (egg white omelette, sausage, fruit cup, pastry, coffee, milk) was better than most others. Definitely will stay there again.”

Personale piacevole e molto disponibile: vengono organizzati spesso momenti di convito -facoltativi- per socializzare (merende o cene a buffet). Pulizia generale buona, da rivedere alcune lenzuola. Ambienti ottimi, peccano un poco per il rumore del frigorifero (presente nella nostra camera) e del condizionatore; la strada vicina non si sente.”

“Charming, historical hotel. My room was big, high ceillings, very comfortable bed, pillows, and comforter. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. There was a parking lot. The neighborhood is full of old trees and beautiful historic homes including the home, a Natiinal Site, where Teddy Roosevelt was inaugurated after President McKinley died. The hotel was centrally located a short bus ride, uber or 20 minute walk to the Buffalo Convention Center, a 20 minute...
