Hotel a Buffalo

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

“So I dont know if it was Expedia or what, but I paid around 330 or 350 for 2 nights at this hotel for my family and I. The pictures and it had 4.5 stars with the reviews I had seen. Well maybe I should have done more digging but the hotel, for what I paid was not worth it. The pool and hot tub didnt look like it was cleaned for a while. It had green mold even in some places on the floor. The pool was foggy and the hot tub was even worse with the fog. It is not safe to swim in that alone....

“This is a new hotel and everything around it (restaurants, gas, carwash, liquor store, etc.) was new also. The area was very new and seemed safe with plenty of food options very close by, within walking distance. We even ran our car through the carwash to get all the bugs off of it. The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, also.”

“When we first checked in, we entered the room and there was a roach(bug) on the microwave. The desk attendant did not register or express any concerns or apology. We will likely not stay here again. Just an apology and show of concern would have been nice.”

“A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.”

“It was easy to find. The description of property and next door restaurant was way off, exterior of property hadn’t been maintained in weeks, restaurant next door had been closed for who knows how long. Inside smelled of cigarette smoke, even though no smoking was not allowed. Room looked clean…. But sheets were stained on 3 of the 4 beds, one bathroom was filthy. The other had mold all along the bottom of shower curtain. The tub had 6” of water in the bottom after a 10 minute shower. Removed...
