Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. “Sehr gutes Frühstück, Abendessen gut aber viel zu teuer. Service ok, ein sehr engagierter Kellner ist für 30 Gäste einfach zu wenig. 2 deutsche Reisegruppen haben die sonst sicher entspannte Atmosphäre etwas durcheinandergebracht. Trotzdem vielen Dank an Superman John für seine Bemühungen ”
