  • Ferry Lodge è idealmente situato vicino al Brecon Beacons National Park con molti percorsi pedonali e ciclabili. Piano terra:
    Tutti al piano terra.
    Spazio abitativo open space.
    Zona giorno: con camino elettrico, Sky TV 32 "(pacchetto base), lettore DVD e porte finestre che conducono al giardino.
    Zona pranzo.
    Angolo cottura: con forno elettrico, piano cottura a gas, forno a microonde, frigorifero / congelatore e lavastoviglie.
    Camera 1: con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con box doccia e servizi igienici.
    Camera 2: con due letti singoli.
    Bagno: con doccia e vasca e WC. Riscaldamento centralizzato a gas, gas, elettricità, biancheria da letto, asciugamani e Wi-Fi inclusi. Lettino da viaggio e seggiolone disponibili su richiesta. Pacchetto di benvenuto.. Giardino con prato verde con patio e mobili da giardino. Pesca in loco (licenza richiesta). Parcheggio privato per 3 auto. Vietato fumare. Nota: c'è un fiume non recintato nel parco, a 220 metri di distanza. . Questo delizioso lodge in legno si trova in una posizione sul fiume ed è ideale per gli ospiti che amano la pesca in quanto la proprietà ha i diritti di pesca sul fiume Wye, con salmone e trota, e anche la pesca grossolana (è richiesta la licenza). Ci sono molte passeggiate dal lodge e il Brecon Beacons è a 30 minuti di auto. Il Royal Welsh Showground è a soli 5 miglia e c'è un grande campo da golf a 4 miglia dalla proprietà di Builth Wells. La valle di Elan è a 30 minuti di auto dove troverete numerosi percorsi pedonali e ciclabili e un'abbondanza di fauna selvatica. Aquiloni rossi si trovano nella valle di Elan e nelle vicinanze c'è una stazione di alimentazione. Ferry Lodge si trova vicino a un campeggio e anche sulla rete ciclabile nazionale e offre numerose corsie e colline per chi è interessato alla mountain bike. Builth Wells offre un cinema, un campo da golf, una piscina e numerosi negozi e ristoranti. Ferry Lodge è il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e ascoltare la fauna selvatica e il fiume che scorre mentre si guarda il sole tramontare. Negozio 4 miglia, pub e ristorante 1 miglio.
    Ferry Lodge può essere prenotato insieme a Edw Lodge (UK10129) per ospitare fino a 10 ospiti.

Great lodge, hot tub fantastic and surrounding area is beautiful!The lodge is spacious and bedrooms are a good size, having two bathrooms is a real bonus! Wi-Fi is really good and it is in a good place for walks and shops close by. Only thing I would say is if you’re going in the summer make sure to take a fan with you, the lodge got quite hot and without a fan we found it difficult to sleep, had to head out and buy a couple. Overall, a fab stay and definitely would return!

Rats in the roof space

Property was fine hot tub was grat decking smelled of dog wee.it was ok for a short trip. But we never got any sleep due to rats scratching , chewing and running around from 23.00- 04.30 so with this it has ruined are weekend showing at the Royal welsh show ground. We did notice the property has rodent repellant plug in so maybe this is an going problem.

We recently stayed at this cottage and had a mostly pleasant experience.

We recently stayed at this cottage and had a mostly pleasant experience. The cabin itself was very nice, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift.That being said, there were a couple of issues that detracted from our stay. One side of the hot tub had jets that weren’t working properly, and we also noticed it wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. Additionally, while we understand that some people may enjoy the company of the resident cat, a few members of our group were not fond of it. The cat repeatedly approached us while we were in the hot tub, which made some of the girls uncomfortable and unable to fully enjoy the experience.Despite these concerns, the cabin itself was lovely, and we did appreciate the effort that went into making our stay welcoming. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a five-star experience.

Despite a shaky start to our seven day break in Wales.

Despite a shaky start to our seven day break in Wales. The issues we initially encountered e.g. a lack of overall cleanliness (due to the employed cleaner not completing the required work) and the discovery of no advertised washing machine, the owner was deeply apologetic and resolved the problems encountered in a fair and friendly manner. The location is peaceful and ideal if you have a pet dog. All in all it proved to be a nice place to stay.

The property is well-located and met most of our requirements.

The property is well-located and met most of our requirements. It's not as well-presented as the price suggests and the photos don't tell you that you are surrounded by static caravans. The property was very clean, but the nearby rubbish/recycling area was overflowing. It was good for a long weekend but I'm not sure I would spend a whole week there.
