“Not super impressed with the hotel itself. Location obviously super nice but hotel very run down, built in a 70’s style and never upgraded. Lot of damage from plenty of fungus and mold on walls and in bedrooms. 24 hours without wifi and only cold water. Maybe self inflicted as there apparently is a water heater per room but I have never experienced an in-room water heater so did not have the experience to look for it. I do not think I will come here again”

“The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights.”

“WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also...

These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. “The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually.”
