Upgraded to Rasa wing which came with added benefits such as a less crowded breakfast room, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Buffet breakfast was also one of the best I’ve ever seen, so much choice. “良い点 部屋はきれい、周辺に色々ある、ビーチ直結、プールもある 改善点 プールの滑り台の滑り終わったあとのプールが水が循環されておらず濁っていて非常に汚い。不衛生。息子がそこの水を飲んでしまい、2日腹痛になった。 あとホテルの問題ではないが、ジョージタウンに戻るGrabは捕まえにくいのでご注意を。”

“ The hotel does not provide sun umbrellas. They do not provide complimentary bottled water. The bathroom has a noisy fan that cannot be switched off. Breakfast and dinner have limited choice. “出張で２泊しました。概ね満足ですが、気になった事だけ書き残します。チェックインの際にカウンター内には４人が立っていましたが、働ける人は１人だけで残り３人は待っている人が居てもお構いなしに、ボーっと立っているだけで対応しようとすらしませんでした。研修中なのでしょうか？　一晩目は向かいのビルの屋台街から騒音が聞こえて24時くらいまでうるさくて眠れませんでした。日本食レストランのお刺身は解凍が上手にできていないようで、スッカスカのマグロでした。　朝食の焼き飯はご飯の水分がなくなるまで炒めた感じでガリゴリしておいしくなかったです。これ以外は、満足していますし、事前にやり取りしてた会議室の使用にもスムーズに対応してくれて感謝です。ありがとうございました。　”

“the places' location is great, the view from our 2-room apartment to the sea is stunning. While I kind of liked the setup of the Apartment some proper and professional renovation would do a lot of good, and overall cleaning would help.
